Information for Overseas Buyers

To expedite quotation turnaround and allow our engineering specialists to verify project compliance, international procurement specialists are advised to have the following specifications ready:

Mass Transfer Components: Column diameter, number of tray passes, design operating pressure/temperature, process fluid properties, and tray type (sieve, valve, or bubble cap).
Wire Mesh & Demister Pads: Mesh count, wire gauge/diameter, weave style (plain, twill, Dutch), exact alloy specification (SS 304/316, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel), and panel dimensions.
Deep Drawn & Precision Metal Parts: 2D/3D technical CAD drawings (STEP, DWG, PDF), raw material specifications, surface finishes, and initial batch volume requirements.
Compliance & QA Requirements: Specific MTR (EN 10204 3.1) mandates, NDT non-destructive testing requirements, or third-party inspection (TUV, DNV, SGS, Bureau Veritas) specifications.
